💖 What does our Satisfaction Guarantee include?

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No worries! You can return the product within 14 days of receipt .
Even if you've already tried it.*

We offer you:

  • ✅ returns at your own expense

  • ✅ No reason required (although you can of course)

  • ✅ Fast and friendly service

📦 How does it work?

  1. Register your return using the contact form in our webshop. Please include your order number and the items you wish to return.

  2. You will receive a return label and clear instructions from us.

  3. Pack the products (preferably in the original packaging) and return them.

  4. After receipt, we will process your return within x number of working days and refund the purchase amount via your original payment method.

📌 Terms and Conditions

Our satisfaction guarantee applies under the following conditions:

  • The return must be registered within 30 days of receipt.

  • Products may be lightly used so that you can test them.

  • We may refuse returns of almost completely used products.

  • The warranty only applies to purchases made through www.urbeautys.com

  • Each product can be returned once under the satisfaction guarantee.

*Please note: In case of misuse of the scheme (such as repeatedly returning half-empty products), we reserve the right to refuse return requests.
