At Urbeauty you pay no shipping costs – no matter what you order, big or small.

2. Delivery time

We aim to process and ship your order within 4 to 8 business days .

During busy periods such as holidays or promotions, it may take a little longer, but we will always keep you informed about the status of your order.

3. Delivery and tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive (if applicable) a tracking link from our delivery partner, such as PostNL , DHL or DPD .
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Urbeauty is not responsible for incorrect deliveries due to incorrect information.

4. Not at home when delivery takes place?

If you're not home, the package will usually be delivered to your neighbors or taken to a collection point. You'll receive a notification from the delivery service.

5. Damaged or missing shipments

Did your order arrive damaged or incomplete? Please let us know within 48 hours via the contact form on our website. If possible, please include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Not satisfied with a product? No problem! Urbeauty offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee .

That means:

  • You may return a product (even if it has been used) within 30 days if it does not meet your expectations.

  • We will provide you with a suitable solution: refund or a replacement product.
